What is your return policy?
We will refund your purchase price, less shipping if you are not satisfied with any bonsai tools product.

Do you combine shipping?
We combine shipping to save you on shipping costs when it is safe to do so. We can only safely put various sized items together and the number of items depends on sizes, shapes and number of each item. Please let me know when you intend or want to combine ahead and do not pay until you receive the combined invoice for all items.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
When at all possible we usually ship the next day after receiving your payment. We ship on Saturdays also. You can see our feedback to confirm our quick shipping.

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
We only charge actual costs.

Yes, we ship bonsai tools internationally and have shipped to dozens of countries worldwide with great success.
